Havblikk Fjordsauna
Sauna by the sea in Øygarden
There is something deeply relaxing about sitting in a hot sauna while looking out over the sea. The Nordic sauna tradition is about more than wellness. It's a pause from everyday life, a sense of community with those you're with, and a deep connection to the nature around you.
The sauna is located by Havgapet in Øygarden, approx. 45 min from Bergen city centre. Alternate between the intense indoor warmth (80–90°C) and the refreshing dip into the sea outside. We offer three formats: private sauna, sauna cruise, and drop-in, so you can find what fits your group best.
Available all year. In winter the combination of steam and cold sea is close to magical. In summer you get the calm light of the midnight sun over the horizon.
