Payment Terms

5. Terms of purchase

The seller is Kystopplevelser AS, org. no. 996859770, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller. The buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer.

6. Subscriptions and memberships

Your membership gives access to Kystopplevelser AS's facilities and services. You will have access from the moment of purchase. The subscription has no commitment period and can be cancelled at any time either by contacting Kystopplevelser AS at post@kyst-opplevelser.no or by cancelling the subscription in Vipps under "Manage subscription".

After payment, you will have access for the full month regardless of when in the month you cancel. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact us at post@kyst-opplevelser.no for a refund if you are not satisfied. If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, you can contact us at post@kyst-opplevelser.no for an immediate cancellation.

7. Booking

When booking, you gain access to the location or activity at the time of booking. If cancelled close to the booking time, the booking will not be automatically refunded. Payment is made when the booking is placed and is considered delivered when the visit begins. You may request a refund or adjustment if you have made an incorrect booking, as long as it is done in time before the visit was due to start.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available by phone at 23 400 500 or at www.forbrukerradet.no.
