RIB tour

What happens if the weather is bad?
If we have to cancel due to bad weather, you of course get a full refund, or we agree on a new time.
What equipment do I get?
On RIB tours we provide a dry suit, life jacket and goggles. All safety equipment and a walkthrough are included. A hat, gloves and sturdy footwear are recommended in cold weather.
Where do we meet?
We pick you up wherever suits you best: Bergen city centre, Sotra, Flesland or another agreed location along the coast, as long as there are suitable quay conditions.
How many people can join?
Up to 12 people per boat. For larger groups we add more boats. There is no upper limit.
Can children participate?
Yes, the RIB tour is suitable for children from age 8. We adjust speed and route when children are on board.

How do I book?
Booking is handled by Panorama Hotel & Resort. Email booking@panoramahotell.no or call +47 56 31 90 00.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on duration, time and season. Contact Panorama Hotel & Resort for a tailored quote.
Do I need a boat operator's licence?
Yes, a boat operator's licence is required for boats with an engine over 25 hp. You'll receive a walkthrough of the boat via video before departure.
When can I rent?
Availability varies by season. Check directly with Panorama Hotel & Resort for current times and booking options.
Where do I pick up the boat?
Boat rental is based at Panorama Hotel & Resort on Sotra. Pick-up and drop-off details are arranged directly with them at booking.

How do I book?
All bookings are made directly with Havblikk Fjordsauna at havblikkfjordsauna.no.
What are the prices?
Prices are maintained by Havblikk Fjordsauna. See current prices and packages at havblikkfjordsauna.no.
Where is the sauna?
The sauna is located by Havgapet in Øygarden, approx. 45 min from Bergen city centre. Address: Austefjordsvegen 165, 5379 Steinsland.
Is the sauna open all year?
Yes, the sauna is available twelve months a year. Check current availability with Havblikk Fjordsauna.
What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit and a towel. The wood-fired stove is pre-heated on arrival, and you have access to the sea for cold water swimming.
